hbdb Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions in full before using our platform — they form the basis of your rights, responsibilities, and our mutual relationship.

"Platform" or "Site"

Refers to hbdb's website, mobile version, and all associated services, software, and content.

"User" or "Player"

Any person who is registered on the hbdb platform and is using its services is referred to as a "User" or "Player".

"Account"

The player's registered profile, through which they manage their balance, bets, and bonuses.

"Wagering Requirement"

Refers to the obligation to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Eligibility and Registration

The following conditions must be met in order to open an account and use services on hbdb.

Age and Identity

  2. Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  3. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory — providing false information will result in account termination and the balance may be forfeited.
  4. hbdb may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification at any time. If not provided within the specified period, the account will remain suspended.
  5. Where multiple accounts are operated from the same household (same IP or device), hbdb may apply a special verification process.

Geographic Restrictions

This platform is intended for users in Bangladesh. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country. hbdb may not be used from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited.

Account Management

Security and Password

  1. Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
  2. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify hbdb support immediately.
  3. The account holder is responsible for any losses resulting from use of the account by a third party.
  4. The account is non-transferable — selling, renting, or gifting it is prohibited.
Please note: hbdb will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any such request is fraudulent — report it to support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

hbdb secures all financial transactions with SSL encryption. The rules below apply to all transactions.

Deposit Terms

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each payment method.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Use the correct reference number when making a deposit — an incorrect reference may cause delays.
  • Deposited funds must come from a payment method belonging to the account holder.
  • Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal processing time is generally within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

Bonuses and Promotions

hbdb bonus offers are provided under fair and transparent terms. Full details are described below.

Welcome Bonus

  1. New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
  2. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
  3. Another example: A deposit of ৳22,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
  4. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn: bonus amount × 10.
  5. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
  6. The bonus can only be claimed once — it cannot be claimed a second time from the same person, device, or payment method.
  7. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any bonus-related winnings being cancelled.

General Bonus Rules

  • Each promotion may have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on that offer's page.
  • hbdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • Bonuses are for legitimate gaming activity only — using bonuses through arbitrage or other such strategies will result in account termination.
  • Cashback and special benefits under the VIP program are subject to separate terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Policy

  1. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  2. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, hbdb reserves the right to restore the correct result.
  3. Winnings obtained by exploiting software errors or bugs are not valid and will be cancelled.
  4. In sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant organizer.
  5. If a game session is interrupted due to a network disconnection, hbdb's server log will be treated as the final record.

Casino and Slots Rules

  • All games are tested and run by a certified fair Random Number Generator (RNG) — fair play is assured.
  • The individual rules for each game are provided in the game interface — it is advisable to read them before playing.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final; a round may be cancelled in the event of a technical issue.

Prohibited Activities

Warning: Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account termination and the entire balance may be forfeited.

  1. Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
  2. Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to operate an account.
  3. Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs.
  4. Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
  5. Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users on the platform.
  6. Unauthorized use of hbdb's brand, content, or data.
  7. Assisting minors in accessing the platform.
  8. Attempting to access another person's account or hacking.

Responsible Gaming

hbdb believes that gaming is for entertainment — it should never become a problem. We are committed to responsible gaming.

Setting Personal Limits

Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits. Reductions to these limits take effect immediately.

Breaks and Self-Exclusion

Contact support to request a temporary break (cooling-off period) or a long-term self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is active, logging into the account will not be possible.

  4. The user bears full responsibility for any violation of the laws of their own country.
  5. Under no circumstances is hbdb obligated to pay compensation exceeding the user's original deposited amount for any direct or indirect losses.
Force Majeure: hbdb will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by hbdb

  1. hbdb may suspend an account without notice in cases of terms violation, fraudulent activity, or suspicious transactions.
  2. The balance may be placed on hold during an investigation — any valid balance will be returned once the investigation is complete.
  3. Information may be provided to legal authorities if money laundering is suspected.

Closed by the User

  • You can request account closure at any time by contacting support.
  • Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before closure, subject to all wagering conditions being met.
  • Once the account is closed, relevant data will be retained for a specified period as required by law.

Terms Changes

Right to Amend

  1. hbdb reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  2. Users will be informed of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
  3. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
  4. The latest effective terms and conditions will always be available on this page. Older versions will be kept in the archive.
